• I have a printful plugin synchronization problem, when I disconnected the synchronization between jetpack and wordpress, the printful plugin works correctly !
    Can you help me to solve this problem ?

    Jetpack is a plugin currently not supported by our integration. Please try to disable this plugin and see if that fixes the issue. If it still persists, please check if your Woocommerce URL matches both on Printful and on Woocommerce settings.

    Hi, I am having trouble connecting WooCommerce and Printful. Printful says it’s a WooCommerce issue. It worked fine up until a couple of months ago. Can you shed any light? Thank you!

    Yes, our developer tried that. It didn’t work. Thank you for replying. unfortunately, we may have to move our product to another platform. We can’t seem to find a solution. Thank you again.
