• Submitted bugs here because there’s some customizer functions that doesn’t work and I don’t know if the source of the problems comes from the Pro or Free version.

    My post been closed and asked to submit a ticket to the Pro support.

    It took about 72h before I get a reply from Premium support.

    Sorry to hear that you aren’t quite happy with our support.

    I just checked in with our team and found that there were a couple of things mentioned in the ticket that worked fine at our end and not yours. So, we were actually trying to figure out why they may not be working for you.

    Anyway, now that I see you are in a conversation with our team members, I can assure you that we’ll work on this together and get things resolved soon.
