• I bought the premium plugin from their official website xootix.com in 2020. It said and still says you have lifetime updates. I have premium version 3.1. since 2021.

    I wrote to the developer directly on his mail several times regarding updates but I never got any response. I see free version is updated regularly. Premium does not.

    What is wrong? Do I have to give you a bad review to get a response?

    Is there a newer version than 3.1. ? I just downloaded from your site https://xootix.com/my-account/ (15 minutes ago) and it’s still version 3.1.

    Sorry but I don’t see any support queries from your side in last 30 days.
    One was in February regarding paypal support. To which I answered that “Yes, the new paypal plugin is supported now. Please download the plugin from your account”

    Please do not use skype, its personal ID for customizations and not for support.

    3.1 is the latest version. There has been no new updates recently, no existing functionality is affected by woocommerce/wordpress updates.
    Everything works fine.
    You can always download the latest version from your account.

    I am working on new features and new update will be available soon.
    Are you facing any issues with the existing version? Please open a support ticket.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
