I need the ability to minimize a lead generation form popup to an icon (button or image).

For instance, when a user arrives at the site, the lower right corner says, “help?”, and when the user clicks on the help button, a lead form pops up, then when clicking exit or after submitting the form, it returns to the “help?” button.

Is this possible?
