    I maintain a podcast site on WordPress with the podcast audio files hosted at Blubrry. In the last week, something has changed that is preventing me from posting new files.

    I add a new audio file to the wordpress Post, click Verify and it shows green and good. Then, when I go to Save the draft post, the green status of the audio file turns to red, showing a 401 error. When I click in to the error, I see…

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information with it.

    <Error>
    <Code>AccessDenied</Code>
    <Message>Access Denied</Message>
    <RequestId>3TC5SP44RRG959MR</RequestId>
    <HostId>

    </HostId>
    </Error>

    Nothing has changed on my side so I’m not sure where to look to troubleshoot this. I am very much a newb in the support world of WordPress, just at a loss for how to proceed to fix it.

  • I have this same problem. No solution from Blubrry. The only way I found around it was to re-add the file, but this time from the one I had already uploaded to Blubrry when I published the post, rather than uploading the file from my computer. It’s such a pain every time I put up an episode.

    @jpeder55 and @michellerayburn, have you submitted tickets directly to Blubrry Support? This is most likely directly related to your account, so we’d need to know your information to look things up.
