• Between tweaking my WordPress installation on a local staging version (Xampp) and my live server, something must have happened that all of a sudden my connection to Printful doesn’t work anymore. It used to work once.

    Troubleshooting Thus Far
    When trying to contact Printful support about it, they told me to generate a new API key/secret and enter that in Printful.com – what I did.

    WordPress > Dashboard > Printful > Status

    8 of 9 checks say “OK” but “Connection to Printful API”. Status = “not connected“.

    WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API

    Permission is clearly set to “Read/Write”, however when I click on “reconnect” in Printful > Settings, I get forwarded to a Printful page saying

    “Dang it
    Error: Printful has limited permissions to perform the necessary actions. Please add read/write permissions to the Printful API key in your WooCommerce settings under the Advanced | REST API tab.”

    Plugins

    I have deactivated every single Plugin besides

    • Printful
    • WooCommerce
    • Gutenify

    To make sure no plugin is causing the drama.

    I need help troubleshooting this problem

    Besides installing new plugins and moving servers, I also updated to a later PHP version. I really need help troubleshooting what is causing this problem. Thanks!
