Anyone know why my pictures keep importing with a yellow/green hue overlay, some black looking mincecraft type vibe on the gallery photos, however, large scale version seems to be clear and fine?

some pictures have green/yellow overlays, some have black dots, some dont display at all? Any suggestions?

i believe has to do with php version 7.4, is there a workaround or update for this?
