Percentages & Bars Not Displaying

    First of all, I’ve used a few polls plugins and yours is by far the best, I’m just having one issue with it.

    Under ‘View Results Options’ I have ‘by Votes Numbers and Percentages’ selected, yet only the vote numbers are displayed on my page, not percentages or the bars under the answers. I’ve gone through all of the options in the admin panel and I can’t see what could be causing the problem.

    On a possibly related note, the shortcodes were not working for me either, I’m using <?php return_yop_poll(-1); ?> instead.

    Hi Josh,

    Please edit your poll and in “View Results Options” make sure that
    “Poll Answer Result Label:” is set to

    %POLL-ANSWER-RESULT-PERCENTAGES% ( %POLL-ANSWER-RESULT-VOTES% )

    Thanks for the reply, yes that’s what it’s set to, it still isn’t displaying the percentages. Any other ideas?

    Hi Josh,

    Edit your poll and set “Results Display” to “Percentages” and let us know if you still have problems.

    I’ve set it to percentages now, and if you check my URL you can see that it still doesn’t display anything. It’s strange to me that votes number works fine, but percentages won’t work at all. I feel like I must just be overlooking something, but I can’t figure out what’s causing it.

    Please uninstall then download our plugin again and give it another try.

    I removed the directory from my server, redownloaded and reinstalled, and it still wasn’t working. However, I tried removing that poll and creating a new one afterwards, and it works fine now and displays percentages. Maybe the issue was just with that specific poll the whole time?

    Anyway, it’s all set now so thanks for your help and providing a great plugin.
