Parse Syntax Error and Can’t Access FTP

I received the following error on my site:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/68/9366968/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-bulk-delete/includes/class-wpbd-plugin-deactivation.php on line 101
Now, I’m locked out of my WordPress Admin page. In order to access, I downloaded an FTP but I can’t seem to log into it. I think I forgot my password. How can I log in to fix the syntax error and restore my site?
