I have sent MANY messages requesting help and the author (who accepted my $) has not replied. I had the free version of the plugin and it worked fine for years… now that we want to edit the auto-replies, it was time to upgrade to the paid version. Once installed, I spent time editing the replies and ran a test registration… and nothing has changed – still, the same old replies from the free version are being sent!!!
    Please help!!!

Of course, I have turned all plugins off and tested and still nothing!

More specifically, we are needing the email that is sent to the site admin for approval or denying access to include all the information that a new user inputs into the registration form. The email needs to include this information!! This email is not changing with the new content added.
    PLEASE HELP!!!

At this point, I am only interested in having your plugin send the approved and denied emails. How do I turn off all the other email triggers (that aren’t working anyway) but are causing a conflict with the theme that sends out these emails?
    Please advise.

    Hi @s54_kelly,

Here we can provide support only for the free plugins and we are not allowed to provide support for the paid plugin here. So please follow up on your support ticket.

    Thanks!
