Page Template Not showing in Page Attribute Section

    Hello,

    i installed WOrdpress 5.8 and create Custom Page template with the following Code
    ///////////////////////
    <?php
    /*
    * Template Name : Our Services Page
    */
    get_header(); ?>

    <?php
    get_footer();
    ?>
    ///////////////////////////

    But that Custom Page template is not showing at the backend, Even there is no section of Page Template at the Page attribute section. can you please check and help me out. I am using wordpress 5.8
