    Hi there @barrowreviews,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you’re having trouble setting up Facebook for WooCommerce. Could you please confirm to having followed the steps outlined in our guide here?

If you have, please try unlinking any possible connections made by following this guide. As a next step, I recommend trying the process afresh as explained here. You can try the mentioned steps in a different browser to check if the issue persists.

Let us know how it goes.

Hey, my fault i didn’t set the merchant account etc up and link page thats why. All sorted now, just got error on facebook side when trying to put business details in, it wont let me verify my email with a code, it just gives me error “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.” so i cant complete the last step “shop” which is frustrating. Any ideas?

    Hello barrowreviews

    Thank you for your reply.

I am glad to know that you fixed the initial problem.

Coming to the next issue, it looks like a problem on Facebook’s end.
The error message does not tell what exactly is the problem.

Have you enabled Two-Factor Authentication on your Facebook business account?
If not then I will recommend doing so as it is a required step.
For more details, check this guide.

If that does not solve the problem, it would be wise to contact Facebook’s support.
They should be able to tell what exactly is the problem here.

Please let me know about your progress. 🙂

    Best regards.
