I am trying to build a package on my main site today for the first time. I can click Build a package and get through step 1. But Step 2, the scan seems to stop loading and just displays a blank area with Packages » New at the top.

I am using Duplicator Version 1.2.36
I am running WordPress 4.4.15 (I wanted to back up with Duplicator before I updated)

This site does have a subdomain with a separate wordpress installation within the same public_html directory.

    Any thoughts?

Update: Same thing occurs when I try to build a package with duplicator in the subdomains wordpress site.

    No duplicator logs created.

    Hey @muaysteve,

Thanks for the feedback! There are a few items in the FAQ that may provide a solution to this issue, this one may get you going.

        – Why does the scan take a long time or just simply fail?

Let me know if any of them help~

    Hey Cory,

Thanks for getting back to me. I think my thread title was misleading. The process stalls. The pack portion (step 2) never starts. It just goes to the screen with Packages » New but never starts anything.

I will go through the steps in the FAQ link you provided.

    Thanks

    Steve

Well I got it working this morning. It was one of two things:

    1) I updated WordPress to version 4.9.5
    2) I updated the genesis framework to the latest version

That is good! Thanks for the update!
