Hi @kalbink ,
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand that orders are disappearing from WooCommerce → Orders, is this correct?
Hmm, this is indeed strange and not something I am able to replicate on my test site which uses the latest version of WooCommerce core.
Do you recall any changes/updates made to the site prior to this issue surfacing, or has this been present for a while?
Also, does this happen with all orders, or only a few? If the latter, are there any similarities with the orders experiencing this issue (i.e. specific products, product types etc.)
And already in advance: if you’re asking now system status report, then I don’t have this report creation button anywhere, so this is impossible to send you.
Can you please share a screenshot of what you currently see when navigating to WooCommerce → Status?
If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed, Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.
If possible, can you also please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
Cheers!
Thank you for reaching back that quickly.
Orders
It has now lasted some time, appearing occasionally and now during last days – all completed orders went missing. So I tolerated it until some point, but if it happens all the time, it’s a problem.
Status
Made a screenshop what I see currently under “status”

Errors
Long list appeared there… And I don’t know what to do with them.

Hope you can help out here…
Thank you a lot in advance!
Hi. There are two possibilities:
1- Status may not be registered. You need to find the order number through the database and the wp_posts table and check the post_status
2- The date of the order may change due to a WordPress or hosting error, refer to the first pages in the orders section and check there.
Hi,
Tried to search the orders via nr, but they’re not coming out.
And now all the orders of last 3-4 days are disappeared….
I don’t know what to do next…

Hi @kalbink ,
Thanks for sharing the above!
As per the error logs, it seems the MakeCommerce plugin is generating some errors. Can you temporarily deactivate this plugin and see if this resolves the issue?
If the issue is still present, I’d suggest performing a full conflict test at this point to see if any plugin/theme conflict is causing either the orders to not appear, or the System Status Report Get system report.
button to not be present.
You can read more on how to performing a conflict test here:
Let us know how this goes!
It seems strange. Have you enabled this feature in WooCommerce settings?
Hi,
Thank you both for reaching back!
Starting now from Roxy’s questions and recommendations:
Q: As per the error logs, it seems the MakeCommerce plugin is generating some errors. Can you temporarily deactivate this plugin and see if this resolves the issue?
>> Cannot do it as it’s the payment and shipment module. And it works perfectly on my other site (with similar structure and same plugins).
Q:Have you enabled this feature in WooCommerce settings?
>> No, it says it has conflicts with 3 different plugings and cannot be activated due that. One of them is MakeCommerce.
Hello @kalbink,
Could you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts and Privacy
to review your data retention settings?
These settings determine how long your database keeps orders/ customer data before it’s deleted. By default, all the values should be set to either 0 or N/A.
Look forward to hearing back from you.
