In fact, the child theme shouldn’t influence the login page; Except you are using a function. Would you please share the function.php file on your website child theme here?

Note: If you are using the third-party plugin to create a login page, please make sure to use the correct shortcode for the “reset password” page; like this one: https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/210-ultimate-member-shortcodes#:~:text=Password%20reset%20%2D%20The%20shortcode%20for,account%20form%20is%20%5Bultimatemember_account%5D.

Since you’ve been using the reset password shortcode, would you please contact Ultimate Member team; Maybe they have a solution that we are not aware of.

Since you have many customizations in the child theme on the staging website, please do the steps below and recheck your issue and let us know the results.

Troubleshooting child theme:
1- Remove all customization on the child theme.
2- add your customization one by one to the child theme.
3- After adding each customization code, check your issue

Note: in the staging website, if you have a cache plugin or server cache. You need to clear its cache contents or disable them.
