Go to the events page, then click Calendar.

    There is a strange heading: “Now-October 25-“

How do I remove that? Where did it come from? It does not go away with cache clear.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @timtrott,

    Thanks for reaching out!

This is the default behavior with our plugin. Upcoming events are showing events starting from now up until you have events created in the List View. You can see the same on our demo page: https://demo.theeventscalendar.com/

To remove the date please add the following CSS to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    .tribe-events-c-top-bar { display: none !important; }

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Best,
    Iris

    Hi there,

It seems like it has been some time since we received a response from you, therefore, I will consider this matter as resolved. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to start a new thread.

    NOT resolved.

    Why can’t this: https://horseshowsinthepark.com/events/
    look like this: https://gulfjazzsociety.com/events/list/?

Customer is NOT HAPPY at all:
“I find the Events page to be very cumbersome and so do the customers. They give up trying to find the event they are looking for and actually give up on entering and don’t come to the show. (lost $$$). Had 5 people tell me that. This is obviously bad for business.”

The choice between OCTOBER 25 and nothing (and no way to reach the calendar) is not a reasonable choice.

I have dual 5G internet connections and this support forum takes an insane amount of time to load and respond. This is the worst possible support function I have had to experience.

    Hi @timtrott

I apologize for missing your reply here.

I am not sure why you’re having a loading issue with the support forum. I’m experiencing no issues with the support forum loading on my end. However, if you’re not using one of our premium plugins, your only support option will be the wordpress.org support forum. If you do have a premium plugin/s, please open a Support Ticket on our Help Desk.

If you are encountering persistent difficulties, we have recently launched new updates. We recommend updating your plugins to the most current versions and checking if this resolves the issue.
