    Could you please share which file manager version you were using before upgrading to the current one?

    To troubleshoot the issue, we need some information from you. Please do the following:

    • Go to the preference in the wp file manager and take a full page screenshot.
    • Turn on debug logs on your website by following this guide: [Debugging in WordPress]
    • Repeat the steps that caused the error and save the debug.logs file.
