I’ve had Woocommerce installed on my WordPress account for awhile. I am using Stripe to accept credit card payments. However, I am not, and never have, received new order email notifications from Woocommerce. I have no idea how to fix this. Anyone else have this issue? I’ve submitted support tickets to WordPress but they don’t seem to want to help.

Hi there 👋

Firstly, you’ll want to see if the emails are being correctly generated and sent. You can do this by installing a plugin like WP Mail Logging (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/), and placing a test order.

If they are being generated, then there is a good possibility that the server is blocking them from being sent. I will recommend you to search for a dedicated SMTP Provider as documented here:

Hi

Also getting the same issue with my store. Also the clients aren’t receiving order processing e-mails and there are a few steps missing from order notes that are usually there to trigger these e-mails.
