Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce I am using this plugin and created some new status but I noticed when I set this status then woocommerce doesn’t detect these status as paid status but customer already paid also I enabled paid status but still in report section do not including those order amount

Regarding your issue with the Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce not detecting your custom statuses as paid, even though the customer has already paid:

View Custom Order Statuses in Analytics:
Here’s how you can view the status of custom orders from the Analytics option:

1- Go to Analytics > Settings > Excluded Statuses:
Here, you can exclude or include the existing WooCommerce statuses or custom statuses that you choose.

2- Go to Analytics > Orders:
In this section, you can see the selected order statuses (both existing and custom).

Additionally, you can use the “Show” option to select the advanced filter and view the specific status you want separately.

I already tried analytics option. it not changed anything for including or excluding those status. below provide woocommerce report and I removed my url from report

@mdnazmulislamnil You can add this code to your functions file to include all custom statuses in the report list. this way, all statuses marked as “paid” will be included in the reports. If you want to include all custom statuses, simply remove the meta_query.

I noticed another issue. when I added the code it will effect on default status, for example when I marked any order as ‘refund’ then it still showing that as a paid order instead showing in refund section
