• I requested a website domain change from a temporary site to production for a go-live. My only means was communicating through chat. I was told in the chat it would only take a couple hours. I kept following up and was told “don’t worry”. I had to wait until overnight before the change was made. Very embarrassing. Then after the change was finally made (Friday night going into Saturday) I have an SSL cert warning. Of course the chat bot says no more support until Monday morning. I am so frustrated with the customer support and communication. I cannot recommend this company until they address this properly.
