    Hello,

I have tested this several times and it’s not fetching YouTube vids. The most that it’s fetching is image and description, that’s it. And yes, I have it set as a YouTube campaign and all the feeds checked out as working. So not sure what’s going on with this. It shouldn’t be that hard. Please reply ASAP, thanks.

    Hello @multimastery,
The YouTube feature are working well. We were doing some tests of it this week.
There are many things that could be configured wrong, but it is pretty simple. You should test it with the iframe or the embed WordPress shortcode. If you can share the feed you are using, we could test it too.
    cheers

It’s not working as well as you think. I’m not sure about all of what you’re talking about, but it definitely shouldn’t be this hard to do this. It’s not intuitive at all and lacks user-friendliness. Anyway, here’s a test site video showing that it’s not working: http://somup.com/cYXtnG2VL1

Thank you for your feedback. When I saw your video I could see that you put the post status in Pending. Can you try it in Published to see if there is an issue there? If it still doesn’t work, send me the Debug File with campaign logs, you can find it in the System Status tab within WPeMatico, Settings

Same issue, doesn’t work (published or pending). There’s definite flaws with this plugin that needs to be worked out that’s for sure.

And how am I supposed to send you the debug report? There’s no way to upload an attachment here and it’s a lot of information that I’m not sure I should just copy & paste.

Ok, the feature is working well for almost all users, we need to know why is not working for you.
Can you make a support ticket in our website etruel.com/support ? so this will allow you to attach the file there.

    Just marking as resolved.
Activating Strip links also strip iframes created by YouTube.
Another solution to test would be using embed shortcode of WordPress, selecting the option in the YouTube metabox.

Ok thanks, also I was just wondering why there would be something there that would even strip out a YouTube video completely on a YouTube setting anyway. Doesn’t make sense to me but oh well.
