@missveronicatv I have deactivated the Lightspeed plugin I had installed. I also have deactivated cache on my VPS hosting yet problem still persist. I have another website (ready4nikah.com) running on the same server and using the same Lightspeed plugin with Ultimate Membership but I don’t have this problem on that website. Also, I made sure all settings are the same as with the current website I am having this issue with yet, user profile data is not displaying on the new site even for admin. Both websites are having the same version of the Ultimate Membership plugin. What could possibly the problem? I had to install the UM plugin on a different website (rushdah-ir.com) to be sure if the problem was with the website, but the same problem on rushdah-ir.com whereas all 3 websites are running on the same VPS but ready4nikah.com is not having the problem. I need help please.

Could this be a bug in the new update?
Which version of Ultimate Member do you have now
and which version of Ultimate Member did work OK for you before updating?
I have two websites running on the same server: ready4nikah.com and gammatecng.scupanet.com both of them have the same Version 2.6.11 of Ultimate membership installed. I have no problem with view user profile on ready4nikah.com which I have been using since 2018. I am newly building the second website (gammatecng.scupanet.com) that is having the problem. Both website have same settings, same server running without cache (ready4nikah.com works well even with cache activated on the server). I had to deactivate all cache on the websites and on the server, ready4nikah.com still works without issues of viewing user profile; but I cannot view user profile on gammatecng.scupanet.com with both websites having same admin capabilities and settings.

“Install Info” is OK.
Try to re-save each field in your UM Forms to get all updated.
@missveronicatv I have done that, but the problem still persists. The problem is with viewing the User Profile at the front end. Even the admin role cannot view all data except the user display name. Every other information below the separation line is not visible. Who can help me out? http://gammatecng.scupanet.com/user/rushdah/

@andrewshu I was able to solve my problem. The Profile tab was unchecked from the appearance settings. Just that!
