    One of my clients is having an issue with the simple contact form module provided by the Nimble Page Builder.

    There is a checkbox at the bottom of the form for the user to tick “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service.”

    When my client tests the form and ticks the checkbox, the form submission does not get sent or it does, but my client does not receive the email notification. There are no error messages. When my client submits the form without ticking the checkbox, the form submits and my client receives the email notification.

    Perhaps I may look at using a different form plugin, but would appreciate any help if you can.
