Multisite compatibility?

    Only the first subsite in a wordpress multisite network has access to the menu.

    Wonder if it can be extended to multisites.

    Which menu do you mean?

    The admin menu does have Charts & Maps sub-menu in all subsites. If it does not have, you may need to “Network Activate” amCharts plugin, or activate it for each subsite manually.
