Multiple custom fields – is it possible?

    I have been using Video Thumbnails for a while now and I really do like it, especially on client sites. However, I am looking to use it on one site where there are two custom fields for video URLs to be stored – one for standard posts and one for a videos CPT. So my blog posts will save a video URL in blog_video_url and my CPT will have a URL in video_cpt_url. Is it possible to use two custom fields instead of just one as reference points for URLs?
