Hi there, I am a freelancer and working on a site using Listeo Theme where default payment structure is enabled in which buyer come and purchase/book any listing and pay the listed price at once. Now the site owner wants it to be as following:- “1. Transaction Fee: • A 13% service fee on all transactions within the app. 2. Booking and Payment System: • Charge a $25 booking fee at the time of booking. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies: • Rescheduling: • More than 5 days before the appointment: Free • 2 to 5 days before the appointment: $10 fee • Less than 2 days (48 hours) before the appointment: $20 fee • Same day rescheduling: $25 fee (in addition to the $25 booking fee, to be given to the hairdresser) • Cancellation: • More than 48 hours before the appointment: Refund 50% of the booking fee ($12.50 retained) • Less than 48 hours before the appointment and same day cancellation:No refund of the booking fee ($25 retained) + 25 % of the total service cost • No-shows: Charge 100% of total service fee.”
