mobile site will not scroll

    When I load my homepage of my website on an android phone in chrome, the page loads, then an instant later a white bar appears across the top and the right hand sides of the page. After that it will not scroll. iPhones are similar in that the page almost seems to “float” but then after scrolling it eventually freezes. Can someone help? If I change to a different theme other than Sydney, the problem goes away. When I change back to Sydney, the problem returns. Thanks

    Actually, it only occurs when I have the hero slider on… I have turned that off for now to have a functioning website. Not sure if you can help me now, but if anyone else has had this issue where the hero slider causes mobile sites to not scroll, please reply. Thank you!

    Hi @twillner,

    I did checking with my phone and I was not able to see the reported issue.

    I am wondering whether the issue might occur on particular device or mobile browser? If you could provide additional detail, that would be helping me on tracking the issue.

    Hi @kharisblank,

    Thank you so much for getting back to me. I figured out the issue – I was using a popup plugin – “Popup Maker” – that caused the issue. When I turned it off, the hero slider and the page worked fine. I switched to a new plugin for popups – “Hustle” – and all is working well.
