“Mask All Links” Greyed Out

    This seems to happen all the time with this plugin, and older versions used to give a “PHP Buffering not Enabled” error, but now it doesn’t give any error, but just won’t enable.

    Here are my PHP.ini settings:

    output_buffering = 4096
    memory_limit = 100M
    upload_max_filesize = 192M
    post_max_size = 100M
    file_uploads = On

    Anything I might need to change?
