Making user accept T&C’s before Social sign up/ login

Hello,
I’ve recently implemented Social APIs for login/ sign up on my site but this now means users can bypass accepting the terms & conditions.
I would be most grateful if anybody could assist me in overcoming this issue and forcing users to accept tcs before being able to progress with social sign up.
