Almost two weeks have gone by. Status please. Emails sent using MailPoet look antiquated when displaying Twitter’s old logo. Also, please make sure the correct background color of both the new “X” logo (black) and Instagram logo (red/orange) are used.

Thank you for the update! The changes look great.
As previously mentioned, the Instagram logo also needs to be updated. As a minimum, your plugin should offer one or two options (formats) for using the “real brand” Instagram logo.

Thanks for the heads up! I guess we missed that.
I’ll create an internal report to our devs. I can’t give you an ETA for this adjustment though.
In the meantime, you can use a custom icon. In the Social widget settings, you can click Add Another Social Network button and set your own image and link as shown here: https://d.pr/i/jY25vB
