Has a child theme activated
I am not very experienced. Helping a friend with his website.
updated tesseract theme and found over half his pages lost the footer and a list of pages showed up in the header.
I managed to hide this list by installing a blank menu in that location but I can’t figure the footer problem.It seems that only the pages that are on the child theme are affected.But all footer commands and additions from the customize toolbar do anything. The “theme by tesseract” logo is gone on all footers. the pages from which the footer has disappeared does have a simple footer line “Tabo Palace proudly powered by WordPress”
Any Ideas would help. I am lost and know just enough to really mess it up. Thanks
