Hi there doing this for my 83 year old father so I’m going to try and see if this can happen. It’s been 15 years since I did WP development so I’m rusty to say the least I am looking for a gallery plugin that has the following:

1. Allow individuals to upload/download pictures

2. Allows individuals to tag/categories pictures

3. Allows individuals to manage their own galleries or directories within in a gallery

It needs to be free and not a premium plugin.
