Hi, regarding this query, I’ve noticed that the menu has moved itself on both websites haddonconsult.co.uk and businessowl.co.uk – is this due to an update of some kind? Please let me know how I can move the menu bar back to where it was (under the header).

Hi Jen,
I am sorry for the delay in response for holidays.
From your site’s dashboard, go to Appearance menu > Customize > Menu. Disable the option that reads “Check this box to show the nav bar at top” and save.

I am having the same problem with the menu appearing above the header image on the website birminghambibleinstitute.org and I already had the “Check this box to show the nav bar at top” box unchecked. What else might cause this? I really want the header image to be above the navigation bar.

Thank you for chiming in.
Currently your site is having an active caching system, that may be blocking the recent changes to take effect on web browser. You should flush any cache and restarting web browser.
