Like button breaks with Ad Mag Lite theme

I’m having trouble with getting my new theme to play nicely with Jetpack. I’m 90% sure the problem is the theme but I need some help figuring out what is wrong.
When I enable the like button option it loads a big iframe with the site’s 404 page showing.
I have reported the problem to the theme’s support forum but it’s not very lively in there.

I’ve tried to install https://wordpress.org/themes/ad-mag-lite/ and got the same issue.
When I both activate and deactivate Jetpack, there is a JavaSrcipt issue in the console.

This is the cause of your Jetpack issue here.
I suggest contacting the theme authors and asking them to resolve this issue.
