Is there a way to make it works with Kadence WooCommerce Email ?
Emails for new created status still have the native WooCommerce template.

Typically the template design plugins do not have the flexibility to define which templates can be edited, in most cases it depends exclusively on the plugin`s capabilities. We can suggest you this plugin that is compatible for now: https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-template-customizer-for-woo/
