Just installing the plugin causes issues with AIOWPS Plugin | WordPress.org

I’ve set custom login url with AIOWPS and I haven’t even activated Change Login URL from ASE, but it still causes problem with the custom url set by AIOWPS, that is if you type /wp-admin/ it redirects you to the custom url set by AIOWPS, which should normally be denied. Toggling the Change Loing URL from ASE isn’t fixing this problem. Deactivating the plugin seems to be the only fix…

If Change Login URL is not enabled in ASE, it will not perform redirect on /wp-admin/. It’s probably done by AIOWPS plugin. You should probably report the issue on their support forum.

What happens if you deactivate AIOWPS and then enable Change Login URL in ASE? Does it work as intended?
