I had been using another very popular form plugin for my website for the past several years that I was mostly happy with. Support had become nearly non-existent and bugs reported by users were not being addressed.

Then I tried Contact Form 7, figuring that if millions of users are using this, they must know something. It’s not as pretty as some other products, but this just works. Combined with a few additional plugins for doing grid layouts, connecting to Google Sheets and uploading files to the media library and I can do more and do just as easily and more reliably than I could with any of the other solutions I tried.
