    Hi,

    I’m experiencing an issue with the Quiz Maker plugin on my WordPress site. The problem is that on desktop, I’m unable to select answers in the quiz, while it works perfectly fine on my phone. Additionally, I keep getting a notification to update the plugin, but I’m unable to do so because my site is not yet ready for the update.

    Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Thank you for the topic.

    We checked and noticed that you have inserted the same quiz separately (one for mobile and another for desktop) on the page.
    That means the quizzes with the same ID can be found on one page. One of the quizzes is being hidden on the desktop, and another on mobile.

    Please note, that, you can’t make them work like this, as only one quiz with the same ID can be inserted on the page.
    Now, you have two quizzes with the same ID on one page due to which the following conflict occurred for you. 

    The plugin is developed in a way that some data must be unique so that the plugin can normally work for you.
    However, in this case, the data is duplicated. As one of the quizzes is hidden, it can’t be seen visually. The problem persists at the code level.

    The quiz works on the mobile version, as the system tries to make the plugin work via the latest data, which, in this case, corresponds to the quiz intended for the mobile.

    As a solution, you can use different quizzes for the mobile and desktop. 
    Or, if you want to have one quiz, then, make the configuration in a way, that one quiz with the same ID is inserted on one page.
