    Hi everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with my Modula galleries on my WordPress site. Due to the new cookie regulations in the European Union, it seems that the Modula gallery plugin is using cookies that the CookieYes plugin is not managing correctly.

When users accept cookies, the Modula galleries disappear from the site. I have already tried the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Ensured that both Modula and CookieYes plugins are updated to their latest versions.
    2. Added the cookies used by Modula to the list of managed cookies in the CookieYes plugin.
    3. Verified that the cookie consent settings are configured correctly.
    4. Checked the browser console for any errors, but found none related to cookies or the gallery.

Despite these efforts, the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or can suggest a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you in advance.

The specific cookie used by Modula does not appear in the list of cookies that can be checked and accepted through the CookieYes plugin.

    Hello @laoom,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I tested this on my end and I was not able to replicate this behavior.

Can you please send us a link to a page where you have a Modula gallery? I am not able to find it on your website.

    Warm regards,

    Beatrice.
