• Hi,

I’m sending you this request because I have an issue with the total number of woocommerce products that doesn’t show up with your theme.
However, when I change to a default theme, it displays well as you can see here : https://snipboard.io/ehNKyO.jpg

You can check on my staging site here that it’s not being display with OceanWP : https://shorturl.at/inwDM

Could you please help me fix this ?
    Thanks

  • Hello @igloo3,

    Thank you for reaching out,

It seems you disabled that feature.

To re-enable it, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Archive and find the toolbar options: https://postimg.cc/TKnQy8br.

Note: These options, by default, are enabled.

    I hope it helps.

    Hi,

Thanks for your answer. But it’s already enabled as you can see here : https://snipboard.io/FJApuY.jpg
I don’t know why it’s not being displayed..

    Best regards,
    Julien

    Hello @igloo3,

    Thank you for reaching out,

Please explain to us step by step how we can reproduce the issue so we can recreate it somewhere other than your website.

In the meantime, if possible, perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to our theme or plugin(s). To do this, deactivate all other plugins, then activate them one by one and check for this issue. Continue doing this until you find out what product is causing a conflict with our product. Then provide the details as explained above.

Note 1: This design is not included in the theme we provided, suggesting that it is a custom template: https://postimg.cc/YjqCkX9J. If you use any WooCommerce template builder, the customizer won’t overwrite it; you must add/edit that template from the template you’ve built for the shop archive page. So, you must check the archive template you’ve built; in this case, that template is no longer in the theme.

Note 2: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).

Note 3: According to the forum rules, we cannot solve premium plugin issues, and if you are using any premium plugin for that template; Please read the forum guidelines: https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products

    Thank you for understanding,
    Best Regards

    Hi,
Thanks for your answer, but I don’t know what to say more.

Like I said in my previous messages, the total count of products is not being displayed on my product pages. However it’s enabled in the settings https://snipboard.io/FJApuY.jpg

It’s clearly an issue with the theme, because when I change to a default theme, it displays well as you can see here : https://snipboard.io/ehNKyO.jpg
It’s not a plugin issue, I’ve already disabled all.

You can check on my staging site here that it’s not being display with OceanWP on this page : https://shorturl.at/inwDM.

Don’t have any cache plugin yet.

    Thanks

    Hello @igloo3,

    Thank you for reaching out,

But we need to know how we can reproduce the issue in a brand new WordPress.

I fully examined the issue you have raised on this topic and could not see it on my end. Also, we have not received any similar reports so far.

Would you please provide the steps to reproduce the issue on a brand-new WordPress installation?

    Thank you,
    Best Regards

    Hello,

I don’t understand what step do you need. I’ve installed OceanWp and Woocommerce and since, it doesn’t show up.

Can I give you my credentials so you can check in my staging website directly ?

    Thank you
