    Dear Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am experiencing an issue with your plugin . Specifically, I am unable to access the review settings page. I have tried logging in multiple times, but it seems there is a glitch preventing me from reaching the required page.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance on steps to fix it or if you need any additional information from my side

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    It could be affected by a third-party plugin. You can try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a WordPress theme and check the issue again.
