    Hello

we enabled standard card payment and PayPal payment, and I understand there is some checking process upon billing details, and even check if the billing details match the details of the card holders.

however, this checking process might cause customer confusion In some cases, so, is there an way or method to disable this checking process?

Maybe some code snippet will work for this purpose? If yes, could you help?

By the way, it would be great it support disabling this said checking process by native settings in plugin.

    Great thanks

    Hello @alexli126

Thanks for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.

I would appreciate if you could clarify a bit more about the specific issues you’re encountering. If possible, please provide screenshots or a recording of the process you are referring to.

I assume that you are referring to the setting within our PayPal Payments plugin that controls how billing details are handled during the checkout process. Specifically, the function “Send checkout billing data to card fields” might be set to “Do not use WC checkout form data (request all address fields)”. This setting can indeed lead to a more detailed checking process, which might cause confusion for some customers.

To potentially simplify this process, you could try changing the setting to “Use WC checkout form data (do not show any address fields)”.

This change would use the data from your WooCommerce checkout form directly, thereby reducing the number of fields your customers need to fill out separately and possibly diminishing the extent of checks performed.

Looking forward to your response to better assist you.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian
