    I tried to just change the owner’s email to his email after setting it up and he tried to login and it blacklisted him because he was at another location. Please let us manually remove blocked IPs.

    So this will resolve after 24 hours?

    Not sure why this was never answered but the ban fell off after 24 hours by itself.
