This looks worth trying. I’ve always groaned when it came to Constant Contact and customizable forms.

But what if… if you have a multi level form, e.g. Gravity Form or Donation Form, is there a way to integrate it with Constant Contact “as an option”…? e.g. Would you also like to be added to our newsletter list?…yes no…

If so, please let me know how.
