Import Restarts if the page is reloaded

    Hi, I don’t think this is a bug but it’s bad UX,

    When the import finishes and “Import Complete” message is displayed. If the page gets reloaded (like it did twice to me while testing, one was chrome update etc.) the import process restarts without warning or any safety prompt (probably because of “&step=import&import=0” in the URL). No matter how quick you close the page or navigate away, it will at the least duplicate your custom post types (for some reason, posts and pages are safe, you probably handled those in code in such scenario).

    Can you update the code so it only runs the import if “&import=0” && “after the import button is clicked” and NOT if “&import=0” && “window reloaded”?
