Image upload vs call

    I am relatively new to WordPress and I am really confused about this:
    I see I can insert photograph in my post in two ways: either simply calling it with html or uploading it in the media. What is the difference between both? Also, does that have any impact on site’s SEO?

    Use the media library. WordPress will generate an <img /> tag that includes multiple sizes to optimize use on various device sizes — your site is more “mobile friendly” which makes Google happier.
