Hi umairee95,
Looks like this is only happening on this one page when I visit your site.
That tells me something on that page is causing this issue.
If it where Elementor itself, it would happen on all your pages.
When I inspect that page, this roles out:
Active resource loading counts reached to a per-frame limit while the tab is in background. Network requests will be delayed until a previous loading finishes, or the tab is foregrounded. See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5527160148197376 for more details
Not sure if that has something to do with the issue, but I suspect the loading elements are delaying the images to display for some reason.
Looks like only the pages with those ( shortcodes? Javascript? ) are affected.
Did you try removing those and see what happens?

If I looked at the code correctly, Is this image a GIF? If so you can only display a GIF in it’s original size. Adjust the size and it doesn’t work.
I found the problem. It was actually the layout that was causing the problem. Images are displaying correctly if I select the default layout, but I switch to Canvas or a different layout, images won’t show for some reason.
