Ignore updating shipping class while importing products

    We are importing Woocommerce products. We want to manually overwrite the shipping class for some products. We can do this, but when the import is runned again the shipping class is set back to the default shipping class.

    How could we prevent this? We tried adding _shipping_class to the import setting “Leave these fields alone, update all other Custom Fields”, but this didn’t help.

    Hi @andreasfurster,

    In the Import Settings, under “Choose which data to update”, enable the “Taxonomies (incl. Categories and Tags)” option. Then, enable “Leave these taxonomies alone, update all others” and add “product_shipping_class” to the list.
