I have a customer that found this quiz and loves it. I can’t find anything that will work like this one does.

Does anyone know of a plugin that operates like this or that could be coded to work this way? I’ve shown him some of the normal quizes, but he’s not going for them. he wants it to work just like this ones does. thoughts? HELP!!??
