Thank you for the topic. 

At the moment, unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have this kind of feature available for usage. When you delete the results, they are permanently deleted from your Database. 

The only possible solution we can suggest to you is the following. 
If you have already done DB Backup before deleting the results, you can find them there. 
Or, you can create a staging site and restore the Database there. 
But, please note, that this will not apply to the new results. The system will store the data before the Backup.

Also, we don’t recommend performing these steps on the live website.
